The LCM-D/G type long bag offline pulse dust collector adopts PLC automatic control, realizing automatic control of fixed resistance, timed cleaning, unloading, and conveying systems.
The LCM-D/G type long bag offline pulse dust collector adopts standard cylinder control for offline pulse dust cleaning for the first time, with short conversion time, stable operation, and good dust cleaning effect. Product serialization can achieve high or low voltage offline pulse dust cleaning technology requirements, and can meet various special requirements of users. The dust collector filter bag frame adopts a polygonal shape, which can be applied to different diameters and filter bag requirements. After testing, all technical indicators have reached or exceeded the national industry quality grading standards (JB, JQ641-88), and the main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level.

1. The LCM-D/G type long bag offline pulse dust collector adopts the technology of segmented air stop pulse blowing for dust cleaning, overcoming the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented back blowing dust collectors. It has strong dust cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits.
2. Due to the use of split chamber air stop pulse spraying for thorough cleaning, the cleaning cycle is extended and the energy consumption for cleaning is reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption. At the same time, the fatigue level of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby doubling the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.
3. Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after extracting the skeleton during bag replacement, the dirty bags are put into the lower ash hopper of the box and removed from the manhole, improving the operating conditions for bag replacement.
4. The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.
5. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low air leakage rate.
6. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is easy to unload.
